LocalHomeQuotes provides a platform for receiving home-service requests and referring a request to one independent contractor when a potential match is available. We are not the contractor, employer, agent, joint venturer, insurer, or guarantor of any referred contractor.

We do not perform construction, repairs, inspections, estimates, or other home services. Any estimate, contract, scheduling, payment, warranty, permit, or project dispute is solely between you and the contractor.

Submitting a request does not guarantee contractor availability, acceptance, contact, pricing, scheduling, project completion, or a particular outcome. A referral is not an endorsement or warranty of a contractor's qualifications, conduct, workmanship, financial condition, or suitability for your project.

You are responsible for independently evaluating every contractor before hiring or paying them. This includes checking identity, references, reviews, experience, applicable licenses, permits, insurance, bonding, written estimates, contract terms, warranties, and complaint history.

You should confirm license status with the appropriate licensing authority and verify insurance or bonding directly with the issuing company. Never rely solely on information displayed or submitted through this website.

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for lawful, genuine home-service needs. You authorize us to use and share the information as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing a referral request with one selected contractor.

By submitting a referral request, you ask to be contacted about that request by us and by the selected contractor using the telephone number or email address you provide. Message or data charges may apply. This permission relates to the requested referral and related follow-up; it does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Do not use this service for emergencies. For fire, gas leaks, electrical hazards, immediate threats to safety, or other emergencies, contact 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency authority.

You may not misuse the website, submit fraudulent or unlawful requests, impersonate another person, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service in violation of law, or use information obtained through the platform for spam, harassment, or unrelated solicitation.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and referral service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for contractor acts or omissions, property damage, personal injury, delays, pricing, payment disputes, lost profits, indirect damages, or other losses arising from a contractor relationship or project. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
